Yes, this is a rock song about Jeremy Bentham, the utilitarian philosopher.
The piece itself should be pretty easy to perform, combining a solid classic rock beat with strong and simple melodies. By and large the chords are straightforward rock chords, though there are a few jazzy chords thrown in for good measure!
